Andrew Janson, Ph.D.
Dr. Andrew Janson has served as a researcher and biotechnologist at the Vanderbilt University NELL since 2022. He joined Vanderbilt's Morgan Lab as a post-doctoral fellow in 2020 to improve resection surgery and deep brain stimulation therapy for movement and epileptic disorders.
In 2020, Dr. Janson acquired his Ph.D. in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering at the University of Utah, where he specialized in medical image processing and computational models to assist deep brain stimulation (DBS) for traumatic brain injury. He was a notable speaker at Salt Lake City's Challenges in the Visualization of Bioelectric Fields for Cardiac and Neural Research in 2020.

Currently, Dr. Janson spearheads the novel HD-tACS data collection at the NELL and is a lead researcher in theta wave stimulation.
